Booking and Payment

Can I book my course online?
Yes. Use our online booking system to reserve a place in any training course. Payment is not required at the time of booking. However, training places are only confirmed once payment is received. An invoice containing full payment details is issued during the online booking process. View our quick guide to how to book a course.

How much will my training cost me?
Your training investment will vary depending on your choice of course or package. Prices are listed on this site, along with package deals and specials that let you save on your training investment. For advice on how to get more from your training investment contact us.

How can I pay for my training?
We accept payment through credit card (all major cards accepted), cheque and direct deposit.

Can I cancel or postpone my training?
We understand that occasionally circumstances prevent individuals from attending training. If you need to cancel or postpone your training, please contact Dynamic Web Training as soon as possible. Cancellation penalties may apply, so it’s important to read and understand our booking terms and conditions before you book.

Can I book group training with Dynamic Web Training?

What time does my course start?
Dynamic Web Training courses generally run from 9am to 5pm. A training confirmation containing full details is sent to attendees upon receipt of payment.

What type of training do you provide?
Dynamic Web Training is a leading Australian provider of Adobe, Microsoft and MYOB software training. In 2008, our instructors trained over 20,000 individuals. Our training specialities include web design, web development, graphic design, multimedia development, MYOB and Microsoft Office applications.

How many people will be in my class?
Typically, there are no more than 10 people in any training course. For advanced training sessions the number of participants may be limited to 8. Small class sizes facilitate high teacher-to-student ratio and result in a more personalised learning experience for our students.

Will I be trained on a PC or a Mac?
While training is conducted on a PC, there is no difference between software applications for Mac and PC. The few minor differences lie in the keyboard layout and shortcuts. Regardless of the operating system, learning outcomes from Dynamic Web Training courses are transferable to both the Mac and PC environments.

Can you customise a training program for the needs of my team?
Yes. For the past decade, Dynamic Web Training has created training solutions for individuals and Australia’s leading businesses. What do I receive for my training investment?
In addition to the training itself, your investment includes:
  • A take-home copy of the manual used during your course. Each manual contains practical, real-world examples and solutions that you can review after your training is completed.
  • A certificate to acknowledge that you have completed the course.
  • Free email support for 12 months following the completion of your course (conditions apply).
  • The opportunity to re-sit training for a period of up to 4 months after you complete your training (conditions apply).

Courses are conducted by experienced training professionals who combine effective communication skills with rich commercial experience. Many of our trainers have also achieved advanced accreditation from Adobe, Microsoft and MYOB.
