To add a signature in Outlook, go to Settings > Accounts > Signatures in new Outlook or Outlook on the web (in classic Outlook, File > Options > Mail > Signatures). Click New signature, give it a name, type your name, title and contact details, and click Save. Then choose it as the default for new messages and for replies and forwards so it appears automatically. To change your signature, return to the same screen, select it, edit it and save.

To schedule an email in Outlook, compose it as normal, then choose the schedule option instead of Send. In new Outlook and Outlook on the web, click the small arrow next to the Send button and select Schedule send, then pick a date and time. In classic Outlook, open the Options tab, click Delay Delivery, and set a “Do not deliver before” date and time. Outlook then sends the message for you at that moment.
To set an out of office in Outlook, open Automatic Replies: in new Outlook or on the web go to Settings > Accounts > Automatic replies; in classic Outlook go to File > Automatic Replies. Turn it on, set a start and end time, type your message, and save. Automatic Replies works on Microsoft 365 and Exchange accounts.
To recall an email in Outlook, open Sent Items, open the message, and choose Recall Message (new Outlook) or Actions > Recall This Message (classic Outlook). Recall only works if you and the recipient are on Microsoft 365 accounts in the same organisation; it cannot recall emails sent to external addresses like Gmail.
