Great trainer, very thorough.

Excellent course in every way. The presenter creates friendly and supporting environment so that learning is enjoyable. However, to build more confidence, this course needs to be two days to allow more time for hands on work.

I find this course is relevant to me on how to manage a website using WordPress and usage of plugins.

Very instructive, a lot to digest in two days, especially on the coding php, css part on day2, I might need to come back a couple of times to refresh my memory as the hard copy/PPT files would be enough to remember it all?

It was a comprehensive course, very useful for my work. Jill the trainer was excellent, she was very clear and thorough in explaining things. She was very approachable and friendly. I learnt a lot of different aspects of Outlook and various shortcuts. The book was also comprehensive and useful. It's good to receive a Certificate of Completion after doing the course.
