The best Microsoft Access training

Learn how to build sophisticated database applications to track, report and share information, and sort, filter and group data in a way that makes sense for your organisation. Advanced features range from data validation, system security and performance optimisation to SQL commands and Visual Basic coding to produce highly customised solutions.

Our Access courses are offered at Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and In-house across Australia.

What Can Access Be Used For?

You can use Microsoft Access for virtually anything; to create a system for managing your music or stamp collection, the membership at your local soccer or polo club, the petty cash, inventory and stock control, or sales at work and much more. Any situation where you need to store data, manipulate it, and then present it as useful information is a perfect contender for Access.

With Microsoft Access; unless you use one of the pre-created system templates, you need to plan and design the system and the database objects (the tables, forms, reports, and queries) used in that system. And this is what takes time and learning to do.

Really great starter course. Sean was a terrific teacher - very thorough and never rushed - allowed the pace to flow, but would slow up when requested - answered questions well and explained in detail - I enjoyed the star wars references and Dad jokes as well!

This was a really useful course to improve and solidify my Access knowledge. I already had basic Access experience through picking up management of a database developed by someone else, but I only knew what to do based on the previous person's instructions. The knowledge wasn't all new to me, but it helped me understand the what and why behind what I had been doing. I also learnt a lot of new tools, which helps me to understand my current database more and gave me ideas on how to improve it. Alex is great and very knowledgeable!

Course was great, Alex did a fantastic job. My only minor comment would be include a couple quick of pauses here and there to check we are all keeping up.

Well paced, definitely better (for us) in person, Adam was good at explaining and going over topics if need be.
