The instructor, Paul, was fantastic! He is very charismatic. Great dad jokes, but doing a whole day of excel is daunting, however Paul's style of teaching and charisma meant that I was engaged for the entire day. Some concepts I was already familiar with, but fully engaged due to Paul's teaching style. Overall, I've learned a lot and had a great time!!

The instructor was very engaging with excellent subject knowledge. He was able to relate software features to practical work examples and uses. I feel like I have a better understanding of Outlook potential and how to explore more features. Looking forward to the next course.

Jeff was very clear when explaining processes and happy to repeat the process when asked. Jeff was also very aware of the impact that the course was making on people that attended and offered breaks when appropriate. Jeff was a great trainer through the course of the whole 3 days

Education was well presented in a manner that as a novice, i have many take home information

I found the course very useful in terms of pointing out how to do things in Power BI and will definitely help me with my own Power BI Reporting Requirements.

This 2 day course was great. Jeff was very informative and clear on his guidance and knew his stuff. The only issues I appeared to have was with the data sent through to add to my dummy xero set up. But all in all s fantastic 2 days. Thank you :)

The instructor showed a lot of patience with those who fell behind and struggled with IT issues etc. Kudos to him.

I completed a three-day Fast Track InDesign course compressed into two days one-on-one. Returning the second day, I could recall majority of information and put it into practice. The second day was more complex; however, I feel I have retained most of this information as well. The instructor was knowledgeable and worked with me on concepts that required patience and an alternative method of explanation. Antony ensured I understood a concept before moving onto the next chapter.

There were multiple times where I learnt something new and Paul made sure to ensure that no one was left behind. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who has not opened an excel spreadsheet before or who needs a refresher!

Paul was very good and patient with communicating the content alongside taking the time to make sure that everyone understood everything.
