I found completing the Word Beginner course highly beneficial, as it covered some foundational formatting and quick-key steps that will make my daily use of Word more efficient. While I have been a long-term user of Word, I have generally learnt to use the software organically and in an unstructured way. The course also helped me prepare me for learning about the use of Word at an intermediate level.

Trainer was great and very helpful. Recommend saving docs on desktop in futre rather than one drive as this caused issues/ delays with things not working as expected so sometimes got a little lost.

Dani is fabulous as a trainer, so calm and well-paced, patient with all of her students, no matter their skill and knowledge level. It is fantastic that a .pdf document is provided for students to reference and use afterwards, as this is such a valuable resource.

The course has been very well presented and relevant to what I required, it was a good refresher on critical section that is required for my work environment.

Found it to be a great introductory and entry level course that showed good practices and ways to QA check, not just how to interact with MS Project

I enjoyed the pace of this course and it allowed me to develope confidence with Microsoft Project. Tutor is very friendly and approachable.

Well-presented course and worked well online format too. Very relevant for my role. Did a course years ago and had forgotten all the different ways to do things until now. Still find it amazing the levels in Project and the course showcased this depth very well.
