I have been using Outlook for many years without any formal training and found the course very informative in demonstrating the power and efficiency of the software. Alot of new concepts were demonstrated and are well outlined in the manual. Jill was very energetic, patient and hardworking in demonstrating the software and the small class was beneficial to all.
