As an intermediate Outlook user I didn't expect to learn a lot from the Beginner course, but I was pleasantly surprised. I've also done the OneNote course with Paul and I find him to be an extremely knowledgeable and engaging trainer, I was very pleased to be taught by him again.

Great Instructor some of the pace was fast for me - but a very enjoyable training session

Loved it. Fantastic facilitator. I will definitely come back for Level 3 training with Daniel. I probably should have skipped the intermediate course and gone straight to the advanced but i still learnt some handy tips and tricks that I didn't know before.
