A lot to take in but good overall

Excellent presenter with high energy

Gordon was entertaining and knowledgable. The course covered a lot of content. It would be good to follow along in the workbook, what we cover in the course, so we know what info we are also taking home in the book. Some more general descriptions of industry jargon may be good.

Overall the training has been very beneficial. I believe it has set the foundations in order for me to complete the Advanced Excel training.

Very good course that makes one feel at ease when exposed to Xero software.

This course is a big eye opener to how much xero has to offer! The essentials course has taught me more skills and knowledge on the program. I really have liked this course, and Samantha is a great trainer.

Samantha was very clear and was easy to understand. She took lots of time to explain xero in detail and clearly has a thorough knowledge of xero. Things were explained in a way that was very easy to follow.

John was excellent in checking in to ensure everyone understood before moving on to the next topic. He was good about coming around when someone needed assistance

pace of the course was great - not fast or slow , just perfect. Very clear instructions as well . Material guide is super handy too
