I had a basic understanding of OneNote, but it was handy to learn a few shortcuts and tricks (ie. OneNote web). Also learning more about the recording capabilities.

As a first time user of One note it has given me insight on the uses. Also, I now I will be able manage different projects and meeting with other sections of the organisations.

I think this course was really enjoyable and a great refresher. They great thing about quality courses is that even when you think you know all the material, the explanations of the basics gives you a reinforced understanding of the whole of WordPress which I find is what give this course great value.

course was great - lots of valuable information - last afternoon was probably a bit too heavy - perhaps we could have lengthened Thursday afternoon rather than friday - but overall really good. belinda was very patient and explained things well.
