A bit intimidating and scary before start of course but Alice presented well: well paced, great sequence, lots of tips and practical application, review to help remember what you just learned.

I found the course excellent as an introduction to Captivate. Information provided was relevant. Instructors subject knowledge was excellent. Would be good if you could provide some form of software purchase arrangement with Adobe

Excellent course! Very pleased with the course content and the style of delivery (quirky, witty and quite enjoyable).

Good in depth introduction into SQL. Can be a little difficult to follow without much prior IT knowledge but not a fault of the course.

Alex was a very good teacher. The learning was done at a suitable pace in an easy to understand way.

Course was excellent, I was very impressed. The only suggestion I would make is a little more time spent looking at connecting to a wider variety of external data sources.

I was very happy with the course content, instructor and size of the class. There is a lot to learn in the day and therefore we moved quickly, but wouldn't want the course to go longer. I am definitely taking away some things that I will implement back at work.

Trainer was very knowledgeable in Excel and very thorough in explaining every topic and happy to answer any questions.

Very easy to follow what the instructor is telling us to do with the large board out the front of the class, the small class attendance sizes also make it very good to get help when you need it straight away.

This is a good course, I now know how to do pay run in Xero and also understand how to fix up payroll issues, such as incorrect AL calculated etc.
