Anne-Marie presented this course with patience & was an excellent communicator. She answered specific questions & took time to explain questions we had. Thank you I would really enjoy another day of this training to put it all together. I would take another course with Anne-Marie. Thank you for the offer to come back & do the course again as a refresher, I will certainly take up this offer.

Excellent course and value for money, I have taken advantage of the resit to do SEO essentials a second time and still found I learnt a lot. The teacher was great at explaining all the concepts and how we could apply them to our own websites.

Excellent, learnt what i needed

The Advanced Excel course was great and taught many more aspects of Excel. Cath was a fantastic trainer who was able to answer any question that we had.

Found the course very interesting and learnt a number of handy little tricks.

Cath explains steps and the purpose of the formulas or functions very clearly and slowly.She would ask if we have any questions we have that weren't covered. She also provided us with a print-out of the short-cuts. The training manual will be very useful as there is a lot to remember.

This was a refresher course which I expected would cover a lot of the same stuff as previously undertaken. I found that I learned a lot of new, valuable tips and features. Having a smaller class made a very big difference. All my questions were thoroughly covered.

I really enjoyed this course, the emphasis on shortcuts was really welcome. I found the pace and content very relevant. I would have liked to have a couple more difficult tasks to keep me going at the end of activities.

Mandy was very thorough, engaging and helpful. She used plenty of examples and was very patient about explaining everything a couple of times, if required. Would highly recommend this course.

This course was very in depth and informative. I underestimated my skills in Word, and knew most of the elements covered, so perhaps adding some more advanced elements.
