The course was very informative and Jay was an excellent & engaging trainer.

This course was incredibly valuable. The trainer was highly engaging! Her training practice was very different to the trainer who taught me the day before which i found valuable as it was very practical and I learn this way. The trainer also taught other techniques as questions were asked. This course was great, i look forward to completing the advanced course tomorrow!

A very thorough course. Helped me learn a lot even though i thought i would possibly not need intermediate and could jump straight to advanced, great refresher course on the things i already did know. Instructor Jay was very good and i enjoyed the whole day.

I found the instructor teaching style very relaxed & that I was able to grasp the information & I felt much more comfortable with the content.

Definitely worth the resit to refresh memory. Thank you for the opportunity

I really enjoyed this course. Alex provided some valuable insights in regards to shortcuts, and I like his efficient approach. At times, the pace was delayed, but overall, it was a good pace.

This course was highly valuable. I use excel already however still learned an incredible amount about the program. The instructor explained everything very clearly and concisely. The manual is very in depth and will be a huge help in the future! I am looking forward to taking the intermediate and advanced course over the next two days.

The course was really interesting. I knew some things but I've learned a lot today that I didn't know.It was informative and very easy to follow. Time just flew.

The course has given a very good basic knowledge of the Excel program. I have used Excel for a long time and was more interested in the intermediate course however I have picked up some very valuable shortcuts and tricks I wasn't aware of. I look forward to continuing with the next two stages of the course.

I found this course really useful. Although I have used Excel for a number of years, my understanding of the program was rudimentary, especially in relation to using formulae. I now have a good understanding of the basics, which will help me to create more effective spreadsheets; however, the main benefit has been to increase my knowledge of formulae and my confidence in using this aspect of the program.

This course was presented in a very easy to follow, structured way. Steps were explained very clearly. Questions were encouraged and answered directly.

Whilst I felt a little overwhelmed with some of the content, I feel that Cath was helpful & understanding. With practise I will definately be able to apply the teachings more efficently.
