The course was complex at times and also easy enough to follow which was a good mix as I believe it needed to be quite challenging. There were some topics i'm still confused by but it's comforting knowing the manual and student downloads can be used outside of class as a refresher.

Fantastic course. The instructor moved at a good pace and explained everything very clearly.

Good pace - handy tips provided by instructor with real-life examples. Easy to relate to examples and gave us good hints to make life easier with excel and various aspects etc.

I enjoyed the day and it helped in refreshing my basic excel skills. All my questions were answered in detail and the instructor covered off all the areas I said I needed assistance with in my job

I felt the instructor was really in tune with student needs and incredibly patient. No question was too menial to ask! I also found his presentation style affable and approachable which put me at ease. I really paid attention and got a lot out the course. Will use tools for sure and build on skills by using the thorough manual.

This course was excellent. Tom is an excellent teacher.
