John was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the course and was able to provide real world examples for each topic covered. He was able to answer every questions and made an effort to make sure everything was 100% understood before moving on. The course covered more content than I expected and in greater depth than I expected. Highly recommend this course.

I thought that the content featured in the course was relevant and helpful for real world problems. John was good at explaining all of the information and helpful troubleshooting some real issues that we have with existing website. Very happy with the overall information I am taking away from this course, and feel much more confident using wordpress.

I'm now confident to jump into Wordpress and feel like I know what I'm doing! John was a wealth of knowledge and a great teacher. It would have been good to have the class run until at least 5pm because there was so much content to get through. I would definitely attend another class.

Shanyn is an amazing instructor, takes time to give special attention to each class member, always gives times for questions, would highly recommend her for future training. The course provided sufficient information to do a simple payroll confidently, but it also showed lots of other option that you may or not user and the book gives instructions to look back on and of course there is the demo to try before entering and approving

Great trainer - breaks things down to help with understanding and loved the honesty around the system limitations. Highly recommend Shanyn! Training courses can be quite boring - not this one at all! Kept me engaged the whole day. A++++++++

I'm not a user of the product and I found the pace excellent . The approach was very logical and with minimal jargon. The instructor was easily able to modify the session to meet the needs of the individuals in the group.
