I highly enjoyed this course. Whilst I had never quite covered this type of course content previously, I was able to keep up and understand the principles of what we were trying to achieve. I will be able to take away the learnings and apply them to my business, fingers crossed!

Very enlightening.

Creating stencils was invaluable as well as using short cuts to create diagrams etc. Section on Org Charts and Cross Functional charts was in particular very useful for the work that I am doing. Creating links to external data was also good to know. The knowledge gained from this course will save me a lot of time back at work and improve efficiency with using Visio.

Alex was an extremely great instructor and would highly recommend. He explained this thoroughly paced the course out perfectly. He had a great way of explaining things was very engaging.

Ken was an exceptional presenter - he was very clear about what we had to do, explained things very clearly and was always checking in and ensuring we understood what we were doing. Excellent facilitator.
