Great, very informative session.

Ben was great and covered all the basics very well.

I was worried that the beginner course may be too basic, but I actually picked up a lot that I hadn't known before. Ben was engaging and invited questions at each step. A very thorough and well-paced course.

A lot of great and valuable information. Pace was a little fast (some IT issues didn't help), however Cath was very patient and explained everything very well.

Learnt about XLOOKUP which is so much more flexible than VLOOKUP. Learnt some handy short cut keys (f4) to change formula to absolute referencing. Also discovered "What-if" Analysis and the Scenario Manager as well as the Consolidate Tool. Great to be aware of these features that I did not know about

John was very thorough and covered a comprehensive range of topics, regarding WP dashboard, themes, plugins, widgets, page functionality, and menus. He introduced us to groups, forums and socials to access additional support, help and learning.

Content coverage was good. More practical exercises might be better.

I am so pleased I undertook this course. John is a generous presenter, patient and easy to follow. His ability to engage with all participant levels across a range of topics made for a positive learning environment.
