The course was extremely well paced and structured, the Trainer Tom was easy to understand and well his knowledge of SQL and real life examples were good. Great course to get the basics on SQL and its functions.

There are a number of things shown that illustrate the value Word which I will be able to refine and use by reading the instruction book that accompanied this course.

When I had questions that were not covered in the course Grant was able to answer them and actually demonstrate them in Visio. This was most helpful.

Great course, which helps to cover the basics of InDesign, while even explaining some shortcuts and tricks to make everyday tasks easier.
