Excellent facilitator. Clear explanations and worked at our pace. All questions that I had prior to attending were answered.

I really enjoyed this course and it did exceed my expectations. Given how small the class was, it was great to be able to go at our own pace and ask questions where necessary. Milka was a great facilitator and kept the course engaging. I really liked how she didn't refer too much to the workbook but did give reference to useful pages.

Excellent Course!

The instructor was very engaging and very patient with some of the students that were not up to the same level as others, whilst still keeping us on track. I learn't everything I was hoping to from this course and more. I would thoroughly recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn time saving techniques and shortcuts.
