Came to the course to get an understanding of SEO, for our family business. Alice started with a smile and friendly welcome, she provided the day structure, and gave us the welcome opportunity about asking questions, making it a safe environment to ask questions. We had 3 people in the group which was a good number to get some great personalized training and ask questions. Thank you Alice, you have solved many questions and made life easier when talking to outsourced providers and have more of an understanding.

This course is packed full of information over 2 days and you learn so much, i liked the layout of the training, learning and building at the same time and having a created course by then end of the session. the trainer was great and extremely knowledgeable.

The course was well presente. Teacher related back to scenarios in workplace where excel features could be used. Learning was developed from one level to next level so topic could be well understood. The pace was great. Was not rushed and was engaged the entire day. Thank you.
