The course was very informative, I have learnt a lot ovwer the duration of the day. Wayne was a very good instructor, went at a very good pace so you kept up with the learning.

This word course helped me to become more confident in the formatting of documents I am completing at work. This word course taught me many short cuts and actions that I had never seen before in word and I think i will be able to incorporate these into my work place whilst also teaching others around me what i was taught today.
