Samantha was very patient and explained everything in an easy to understand manner.

Samantha was briliant, she used each persons businesses as examples which enabled us all to understand why, what and how things were being done without talking to us all like we were expert accountants yet explained how to use the program to the best of its ability

Great instructor! Certainly one of the best I've ever had. I would go at a slower pace for the most complicated points (e.g. task types and work effort; MS Project issues)

She has gon above and beyond to ensure all participants, of differing xero understanding, have been well supported in their understanding of the course content..; not an easy task. Shanyn, delivers your course coherantly and has the ability to adjust her language as required. We are leaving with a great understanding of the xero basics and more. highly recommended.

Very useful and informative advanced class. Built on the basic class I attended the day before and challenged and extended me to develop new skills with Powerpoint.
