I really enjoyed participating in this course today as I found it to be a good introduction into Microsoft Word at a beginner stage. I found I was able to understand the content fairly well and was able to efficiently interact with the instructor. I definitely have learnt new skills that will help me for the future.

Dani was very patient and informative. She was willing to cover what was important to us and modify the content or pace to suit. Would highly recommend Dani and Dynamic Web Training in the future.
