Very useful.

Workshops were presented at the appropriate student level. Presenter was knowledgeable and adjusted content and delivery accordingly based on input from students.

It was a great class, there are so much I can learn from Linda, she is really great tutor, very patient and knowledgeable, she also explain everything clearly. I took lots of notes because there are so many new things that I can apply to my work. It's only 2 days but tons of things I have learned and important new skills to take home with me.

Jill an excellent trainer - really knows the software and she's very enthusiastic and good at imparting her knowledge. she also judges well when to spend time on specific features versus not. the course is invaluable - should be undertaken by anyone who uses complex Word documents.
