I absolutely loved this course, Ken the trainer was amazing. First training course where I felt it was well paced and I learnt relative topics which I can use in my workplace. Overall the trainer was very knowledgeable and interacted very well with the class. I am very happy with the training course I attended today.

I have been using the basic functions of outlook for year. I thought the course was extremely valuable - so many time saving techniques that I would never have made use of without going to the course. Jill was fabulous in making sure if we had questions and problems that they were answered to provide maximum benefit easily.

The instructor made real life examples which made the understanding of the course easier and enhanced learning. the explanation was clear and break times was great. overall i found the course beneficial and the instructor had a great knowledge to answer different questions from each students.

The course was great it was fast paced so it didn't become boring and pitched at the right level for my abilities so I found it to be very valuable and I learned a lot.

Very useful refresher as I had done the intermediate training before but it was around seven years ago and some things had been forgotten.

Great training day, favorite out of of word and outlook. A lot of fun ways to improve your power points I would never have known about otherwise. Will recommend to anyone else working with power points that may find it useful.
