Well paced, covered aspects advertised, lots of time to ask questions.

Comprehensive course with great examples of practical application.

Although I do not use all functions of Outlook in my job, it was very interesting & I was able to pick up some new ways of doing certain aspects at work to be more efficient.

The class was very good i have had a refresher of all the subject and know a little more about word that i can now practice and use at work.
