Andrew was direct and to the point, he was patient and helpful, when asking questions. He was clear and precise and easy to understand using uncomplicated words. He was willing to answer any question at any time and did not rush through any topic

i thought this was an excellent course. well presented and went at a pace that we could understand. Mark was more than happy to have questions asked or would come and assist when needed.

I had 2 days with Liz, intermediate and advanced Excel 2016. Both days were very informative, I learnt a lot!

There was a great mix of basic elements reminders and the details as per course requisites. Covered an amazing number of topics which kept us stretched and interested. I hope to use many of these immediately.
