This course was excellent, even though we have used it on a daily basis it's surprising there are so many elements you learn which otherwise you would have not learnt, ken was excellent in taking it step by step would like to come back for more

Presenter was great, explanations/training was honestly of high quality. Informative information which will be used in everyday office environment. Great examples and hands on.
