I my personal opinion I have really enjoyed this training. Prue has explained this topic in basic English and had made this easier for my understanding. She is really down to earth and encouraging allowing us to ask question. Thank you for an wonderful experience Prue.

Clear, concise and at times comical. Wonderfully delivered and thoughtfully taught.

Wayne was a great instructor, working at a pace that suited the whole group, and was friendly and approachable. Tips and tricks were really helpful. Was good to have some problems on the day with my computer to see the process to troubleshoot where to look to try to find out what might be the problem before an unnecessary support call.

This is a great classroom training course, very valuable and hands on. It is a shame that it is all going online after this month. Ben is a great Traning Instructor
