Excellent. The instructor is very passionate about the software which makes training so much more engaging and easier to learn. I appreciated the practical tips, tricks and advice aimed at our specific work environments. I would definitely come back to this training center due to the high standard of training and engaging content and info provided by the trainer. This course far exceeded my expectations. Having no knowledge of Captivate and only just starting in the L&D industry I was very worried that I wouldn't keep up or understand the content. John was fabulous at ensuring all students with differing levels of knowledge were on the same page at all times. He was engaging and his passion for Adobe really shows through in his training. I can't wait to ask the boss if I can do the advanced course next.

While I already knew the majority of the content in this course, it provided a valuable refresher for me, and taught me a few new tips and tricks as well.

We were asked for the main topics we would like to focus on. Sean has covered the topics well and also handy tips and tricks which is useful for practical work environment.

I've previously taken the intermediate course and found it very useful. The way in which the course is delivered was fantastic as it was tailored to the class and individual requirements.

Very interesting course - a bit afraid at first to spend too much time on vlookup and pivot, but I learned a lot and long list of quick wins.

Shanyn was a very enthusiastic trainer who provided a very comprehensive guide on how to use the Xero program. Shanyn addressed many areas of concern or lack of understanding that I had. I am quite confident to continue using Xero more efficiently.

As I havent worked with Xero before, this course was at a speed I was reasonably able to keep up with, and Shanyn has benn extremely instructive & helpful
