Instructor was straight to the point and very good at teaching the required course information. He was patient and would only move on to the next topic once everyone was comfortable with the content.

John was a great trainer. plenty of real life examples. he noted taht i was getting a little lost and i was frustrated and approached me to see how he could get over this. i appreciated taht a lot.
