Excellent course targeted at my needs.

Mandy's style of training is upbeat and entertaining....it's like learning but still having snippets of fun instead of a dry teaching methodology.

Mandy is amazing!!! I highly recommend her.

I really enjoyed attending the advanced course the day after my intermediate resit. I felt the resit reinforced my skills and the advanced course built on them. The interactive workshop and examples of all topics combined was great!

Overall Mandy was a great tutor - her enthusiasm for the role is clear and infectious learning habits will hopefully rub off on me.

It was a good extension of what was covered yesterday in the beginner course. Feel very confident to apply in my work situation.

Learnt a lot of new tips, tricks and shortcuts in Word. Will certainly be using them in my job going forward. It will save me so much time and hassle in the future!

Well worth doing. I felt it helped clarify and make simpler my experience with Excel.

I have previously attended an Excel course with far more people, but found the smaller group much more interactive and useful. Well presented and explained.

It was very useful and learned so much about Outlook.

Short cut keys are great. Alt + Drag to line up tables has been a huge help. I believe all the things I wanted to learn to help me for a particular document at work can be done now via Quick Parts and Styles and I'm looking forward to trying it all out.
