Shanyn was a great course facilitator! She went through the course at a good pace, whilst still enabling everyone to ask questions. She had a wonderful ability to relate to everyone and relate any problems and solutions to individual participants and their business needs.

I gained a lot of knowledge taking this course. Alex was really good. The only suggestion I have is to spend more time on tracking. Everything else seemed to be covered thoroughly. This section seemed a little rushed.

I though the pace was good and the content was interesting.

The instructor was very helpful and had a good sense of humor. The way in which he structured what we would be learning over the course of the day was quite systematic as well.

Great course, that was run by a very competent and patient facilitator. Slow start, but bought it home very well. A lot of information to take on and hopefully I will retain the important bits.

This course was extremely valuable for me and my team in our abilities within MS Project. The trainer was fantastic and would highly recommend this for all other project managers.

This course covered all of the essentials that I expected and I feel it has given me the information required to put this into practice. The instructor used good examples of how Project supports PM methodology.
