I was happy with the way the course was true to its wording... Beginner... I did not feel intimidated even though other students were above my level. I was happy with the way the lecturer spoke, which was very clear, slow paced and used visual cues , Cath always reminded us of the basic key strokes to keep it drummed in. Thankyou

the course was very informative, we had a wonderful trainer in Cress who led us quite beautifully through the course. She had time for all students and questions/issues raised. I will be back for another course i believe.

Useful and interesting

The course was valuable and covered a lot of areas. I am happy with the course resources that can be used afterwards.

The course was insightful. It was well structured in that more time was allocated to the pre-lunch content which is more challenging than the afternoon content.

I have a fair understanding of Excel self taught, but course was useful in showing shortcuts and useful functions. alot of information to take in, manual will be useful.

class room facilities = excellent pace of course = excellent facilitator involved everybody and also kept them involved

It is a very organised course and the instructor was professional and clear.

Prior to completing the beginners course I was hesitant on whether to start off with the beginners or intermediate - however glad I completed the beginners. The facilitator was great particularly her style and ways she explained the different functions of excel. Can't wait to do the intermediate and hopefully with her!
