I walked in HATING Excel and have now finished, actually EXCITED to get home and play with it! Particularly, I'm excited to use Excel as a customised CRM system for my small business (Tupperware Manager). Cath was highly knowledgeable, very friendly and very patient. Even during our lunch break, I was on the phone to other business people, recommeding Dynamic Web Training and the different courses available. 10/10!
