It was good to be shown simple tips that I had no idea about. There were a lot of light bulb moments and time saving tips, that will have long term benefits. It was pitched at a good level for the experience levels with in the class.

I was able to use the information I learnt immediately in my work and this will save me a lot of time. Very useful information and enjoyable course.
