very easy to follow

The course was developed and delivered in a friendly and easy-to-understand format that made it very easy for me to grasp all the skills in MS Project. The workbook is set out in such a way that it is a breeze to follow all the steps. Finally, Pat is a natural at teaching the material and establishes a friendly rapport with the students at the start. This makes all the difference when teaching those who are not 'tech-heads' by nature!

Very well structured and presented. great instructor; engaging, approachable, friendly. very well explained in a simple, logical manner, easy to follow. Thought an excel course would be quite dry but this was enjoyable, interesting and informative.
