This is the second time I have had the pleasure of Ally instructing me and her presentation and examples are so easy to follow. She ensures that everyone is involved in the teachings and that gives you the time to allow the information to really sync in.

The course was in-depth and provided all relevant information to successfully manage an end to end pay run. Ally ensured all questions were answered and was a fantastic trainer - going above and beyond with specific individual needs.

Ally, once again has been amazing in her thorough explanations and patience (especially with me) as i tried to navigate my way through the many options. Ally has a really gentle approach which is comforting because I was feeling a little overwhelmed and if there was a tricky question that would take (more time for me and others individually), she would take the time during break to show us lots of examples. Again, I leave with a better understanding and feel much more confident with the Xero program. Thanks Ally! :)
