Great course for people with a basic/normal understanding of Word. Might have been slightly more helpful if I had attended the beginner course. This is of no way critical of the instructor.

Cindy provided additional value for the course by adding more emphasis on discussing formula and other tips and hints, appreciate her patient in answering the questions as well

It has been awhile since I used MS Word, this course was fantastic for refreshing my memory and feel confident to begin using this in a professional environment again. Great Instructor also helped!!

This course was super-informative and valuable. It's the first I've done with DWT, so a great introduction. The level was perfect, as it taught me things I didn't know, despite having used Word for decades! I really enjoyed all of the insights and tips I learned, and am looking forward to implementing them. I'm also looking forward to my next courses with you.

Introductory course was very helpful and broke down SQL to new users.

Jeff was great in a time pressured course, he is a good communicator, and went through alot of material as well as real time examples. As a tutor, I know the amount of prep time he does to get this great level of teaching.Jeff is very patient and copes with all our requests well on a wide range of topics at several levels.
