Wayne is a highly knowledgeable and upbeat trainer. He gives everyone a chance and allows questions to be asked when required. It was a fun and relaxed experience. Although I was a bit ahead of this level course I still was able to take away some new tips and tricks.

Terrific presentation, easy to understand, and very informational. It covered the features of Excel that are relevant to me comprehensively. Some very useful tips and short cuts were learned.
