Wayne has provided fantastic examples throughout this course, that were relevant to the topic. The course was brilliant in the fact that although I have used Excel in the past this has given me the confidence to actually utilise the program to a greater extent in my daily role responsibilities

Very engaging instructor with real life experience

A great way into learning shortcuts and also formatting which is one of the most important functions of Word. Also a great course to understand how powerful and underused the program is. Steve was an awesome instructor who filled the class with lots of great examples and funny jokes.

The course is well structured and the trainer is an expert to the field. It was a very valuable course and information given were all helpful to daily use and document management.
