Rosanna was a great trainer, with a positive and bubbly personality. I have learned a great deal about folders in Outlook emails. Rules, and Quick Steps and placing 1,000 of emails in folders. Ha! I will also know how to flag tasks and make To Do Lists, and colour code my Callendar, so that my WHOLE WORLD, is more organised. Thankyou I really enjoyed it. Melinda

I personally wouldn't change anything about how this course was taught. The instructor was great, and the textbook had very valuable information in it.

Peter Koshnitsky was very knowledgeable using and teaching the system. There were many features that would of been very hard to find without the knowledge provided in this course. Excellent.

The course was run well and was at a good pace for someone who has never used Microsoft Project before.

The course was very informative, and I have great ideas to take back to my business. however I did find it a little fast paced when I was trying to take notes.

Alex was an very engaging gentleman. Very patient and very clear. There was lots of things that were covered off. this is not something that I use at work at the moment but having the book will help.

Great hands on course that allows you to actually work through the material. Classes are small which allow great one on one teaching. Marte is extremely helpful and provides great tips and tricks.

This course was fantastic, Marte was very helpful and patient. I really enjoyed this course and it will help me a lot at work and also give me enjoyment outside work hours.
