Coordinator was fantastic, happy and positive. Shared lots of information without overwhelming us plus asked our level of experience before so he knew what we knew already. Gave us extra information that wasn't on the course, which was much appreciated. There could be a tips and tricks course to help the already known information.

Rosanna was wonderful. She showed us handy tips and shortcuts which will make life so much easier!
