Clear instructions and explanations on the program.

It was very useful because everything was well explained by the instructor and she was very knowledgeable. The pace was a bit slow for me, with some information provided that I already knew. Overall, I enjoyed it and valued the day.

Peter was an excellent instructor! His enthusiasm was at a high all day which ensured our attention remained constant :) He did an excellent job at covering all of the ins and outs of outlook 2013. I learnt many new tips that I will definitely be employing into my work life.

It was brilliant! I have never been so interested in excel before. I also didn't know how advanced I was but even so, learning the background behind larger formulas and learning valuable shortcuts and formatting will assist me in producing more efficient (and fancier!) reports. Also loved Mandy!
