Wayne was a very patient, helpful and engaging instructor. I appreciated the check-ins to see if his pace was ok, however after lunch he sped up a little and it would have been good to have another check-in (I got lost very quickly on something basic). It is unfortunate that we needed to download different files than what was sent in the email invite, as this caused a lot of problems for me (not tech savvy) and others, both at the beginning of the day and later. I am new to Power BI and have only played around with it a couple of times. I felt the course was pitched perfectly for beginners, with content being relevant and easy to understand. I was able to relate the different modules with how I might apply it to my work and am looking forward to further testing. When I rang the phone line to book my course, and again later with an enquiry, the staff I spoke to were both courteous and helpful.

Paul has a really good humor and excellent training skill set for the course

Presenter (Mark) is knowledgeable and takes the time to work through students questions about the course material and relevant questions to the course. Time spent within class is manageable without being overwhelming. The capacity to re-sit the course is great given the scope of course and allows for student development

I was able to get a better understanding of the features of python that I can implement in my current work programs. Some potential improvements could be to explain workflow of how to write a python program but that may be out of scope for this course.

I thought that the course was vey useful and relevant to my requirements to backfill our internal graphic designer
