Clear concise relevant instruction

I have a self taught knowledge of Excel, gained by watching and learning as well as independent research. this course cover a lot of what I already know but I found it useful to learn everything from scratch as I learnt a lot of little short cuts etc to help my day to day operation of excel.

Penny was an enthusiastic and patient teacher who provided our class with a lot of relevant and helpful information, which is applicable in a real world setting.

This course is a great intro to Photoshop and really opened my eyes to what Photoshop is capable of doing, even at an introduction level.

I found this course very easy to follow and understand. The trainer was very clear on all topics. I'm looking forward to doing the intro to CSS3.

Really helpful introduction to HTML, great pace and examples. I didn't do the web design courses in the right order but this did help embed the little knowledge I had of HTML prior to this course.

Instructor was very enthusiastic and helpful. With just two people on the course he was very open to tailoring the course to our needs. He paced the course well and didn't dwell on concepts we indicated we already knew but went into detail on topics we were interested in.
