This has been a great course. Well-paced and knowledgeable instructor. Got a lot of new tips and greater understanding of excel pivot tables and queries, which is what I was hoping for with this training.

Loved all the shortcuts. I can use excel, but there are many ways that I can now improve how efficiently that I can do a large amount of my work and the shortcuts will save a huge amount of time. LOVED formula Auditing. It was very easy to follow and Wayne took the time ensure we were all familiar with and clear as to the working of the function we were working with. Adding units of measurement from custom format was interesting and I loved the different (for me, extended) applications that can be implemented with conditional formatting.

I found this course very valuable; it was very interactive! I found it very easy to stay engaged throughout the full course! every aspect of the course I will be able to utilise day to day! it was fabulous.

Power BI plays a crucial role in asset storytelling because it transforms complex asset data into a clear and compelling narrative that supports smarter decision‑making. One of the strengths of our learning process was the ability to pause when challenges arose, share screens, and work through mistakes together. The collaboration within the cohort was just as valuable as the guidance provided by the course facilitator.

Copilot is a powerful and useful application in the workplace. I especially enjoyed exploring the Agents feature, as well as creating applications and using Copilot within Word, Excel, and other tools. While the session covered many topics in a short amount of time—making it difficult to fully absorb everything—it was still very helpful for gaining a solid introduction to what Copilot can do.

John did a great job explaining each concept clearly and at a manageable pace. He balanced demonstration with hands-on practice, which made the learning experience more engaging. His guidance during exercises was especially helpful when navigating more complex animation features.

It was a real privelige to undertake a course tailored to our specific needs and John was brilliant in leaning in to what we needed to learn to meet our commercial commitments. He was fun and extremely knowledgeable and was a delight to learn from. Thanks JOhn and Dynamic Training!

I very much enjoyed this course. Gordon was engaging, and gave plenty of examples across a range of different business types. The course manual is an important reference document for future use, but may need some updates, as the flow of how to do things is not in order, eg: quote, then invoice etc.
