Cath, was amazing, her ability to share content step by step in a calm and interesting way made the day go very smoothly. It was a great introduction and brought the content together amazingly

Everything was very clear. Would be good to note that my department has only started offering for us to take this course in the last few days. Our IT permissions prevents us from accessing the image links in the excel file. This didn't stop anything from working but I want to call it out in case others ask questions about it in the future.

Liked it. Was very informative. I look forward to using PowerBI more through my work on full release across agency

Matthew was very engaging and respectful. I struggle with remote learning but he did a great job keeping people engaged (e.g. continued use of tick to confirm concept learning and exercises throughout the whole course). The examples provided are relevant and easy to learn from. I am a complete beginner to SQL but I feel like I have learnt a lot throughout this course where I would feel comfortable using it in my workplace.

This course has been great in providing SQL fundamentals. The instructor was excellent at explaining concepts and providing practical examples. The only thing I would have liked more detail on is some common FORMAT examples, but that is easy to google after.

Matthew was highly knowledgeable and used relatable examples to reinforce key concepts, making it easier to connect the learning to real-world work scenarios. Sharing the scripts in Chat allowed me to stay focused, absorb the material more effectively, and engage visually with the lesson. While I also typed along, having the option to copy from Chat provided additional time to watch, learn, and fully understand the content.

I really enjoyed the training. Matt was a really good trainer. His pace was just right making it easy to follow along. He thoroughly explained each concept, breaking things down to make complex ideas simpler. He made us understand the logic behind each SQL command. I'm excited to try out what I have learned.

I found this course highly valuable. The structure and course content was great. Matthew was very patient, provided clear explanations with practical examples—his training has made SQL so much easier to understand and apply at my job. Thanks for the best practice advice for helping us avoid outdated syntax pitfalls, and for sharing extra useful information online. The training was fun with plenty of laughter.

This was a great course, I was really concerned about it being an advanced course, however Adam took us through it systematically, was calm, cool and collected and really helpful. I learnt a lot today that I can now put into practise
