This refresher course was more informative than my initial course. Oakley is a phenomenal trainer, and I would definitely recommend this course and Oakley to other people.

In the SQL Essentials course, he built a strong foundation by combining clear explanations with hands‑on exercises that helped reinforce each topic. In the SQL for Data Analysis course, his practical demonstrations of ETL, data modelling, analytical functions and T‑SQL techniques were exceptional. Matthew consistently checked for understanding and provided real‑world scenarios that made the material highly relevant. I have learnt some valuable thingsfrom this course and will need to practise everything.Hopefully this will assist me if I gain employment as an administration officer. It is hard to know what things they will need!

The course was really insightful- great refresher as well as new concepts. Trainer was really patient- overall great pace and was very knowledgeable on topics and able to answer questions students may have.

Course was very insightful and provided a lot of useful information and tips for general Microsoft Word formatting use. Great overview over some of Word's more advanced functionalities, and the instructor was very clear and knowledgeable on the topic.

Very helpful course that didn't assume I knew everything with excel and explained each step thoroughly. Instructor was engaging and knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Was great, good pace and learnt a lot. Would be great to get a layout of the day, in terms of break times etc, to know what to expect and plan accordingly.

Great course but I soon realised using a Mac there were some inconsistencies in certain MS Excel features. But all good, I will use a different lap top next time. Thanks.

The course had a lot of useful information. Plenty for those who have not covered it before but also some things that I think a lot of experienced Excel users wouldn't be using. Jill did a great job delivering the content, and was very friendly and open to questions as needed.

Good overview for a lot of content. Maybe a bit fast for me in terms of inserting formulas and double-checking I had done it right. Limited time to practice but document provided will be useful for future reference. Thanks Jill.

The course was insightful and covered a range of topics for SharePoint end users. Russ is an engaging instructor who is clearly knowledgeable of the products he's teaching users in. He is approachable and took the time to assist and explain reasoning.
