Trainer (Jay) was very knowledgeable and patient and able to get everyone on the same page easily by screen sharing of students etc to talk them through. Noone as left behind.

Jay was a great instructor and was very patient when addressing some concerns I had with the activities. I learnt so much throughout the day, and I would highly recommend this course to others who want to learn more than the basics to word. I also used a Mac for the course, and despite some slight differences to a PC, Jay provided me with assistance to ensure I could complete the relevant activities where I had issues.

Very helpful course. Andrew was very knowledgeable about Power BI and was able to answer any question that came up. Would recommend!

Very clear - I do feel like it could have been slighlty faster paced with more emphasis on writing formulas
